It was another overcast morning during my quick visit today.
Grey Heron
3 Golcrest were noted, 2 Treecreeper were heard, 1 Nuthatch called, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers were heard, a Sparrowhawk was seen being mobbed by a crow, a Grey Heron flew just above the canopy of the wood at the bottom of Jenner's Bank, 2 Coal Tit were heard singing, and a Mistle Thrush was singing on Jenner's Bank.

The 'old pond' and stream remain flooded, but today a Grey Wagtail had joined the resident pair of Moorhen.

Just read your comment on my blog about Albino Starlings. I saw three together at the end of October and managed a photo of them (see 31st October 2010 post http://dittoneastmallingbarming.blogspot.com/2010/10/sunday-31st-october.html). I suspect they're from the same brood, if not then they're rarer than the probability is greater than a lottery win! I often see at least one sitting on the TV aerials of the houses on the Tonbridge Rd in Barming, on the section between Farleigh Lane and Glebe Lane. I suspect they roost in the grounds of The Rectory on Farleigh Lane. Adam

Adam, thanks for this, I'll be keeping an eye open for these albino starlings when I pass through the Barming area next!
Visited the site at about 2.30 this afternoon (Sunday). One moorhen present but nothing else. The water level was very high with few areas of open mud.
