A beautiful morning today with a lovely blue sky and warm sunshine.
4 Goldcrests were heard, 3 Treecreepers were noted, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers were seen, a Green Woodpecker was heard, 6 Chiff Chaff were noted, 5 Blackcap were singing, 4 Whitethroats were singing, 2 Reed Warblers and 1 Reed Bunting were singing in the marsh area by the Weir bridge, and a Spotted Flycatcher was seen and heard singing in its traditional territory in the parkland west of Mote House - the first of the year, fantastic!!!

Still to see one this year .
You can never see enough Spot Fly's, I feel very lucky indeed to live next to the park.
